Payroll

ET Accounting offers payroll processing services to its clients.  The company uses SAGE™ Timesheet for timekeeping and SAGE ABRA™ for payroll processing.  ET Accounting’s service consists of collecting time, paying employees via check or ACH, paying payroll taxes, coordinating with local administrators and providing payroll accounting reports.  This is a much more comprehensive service than that offered by ADP™ or other payroll services.

HR Support

ET Accounting provides HR support for its clients.  Some of the services include: Job Postings, Candidate Screening, Background Checks, New Hire Orientation, Benefits Administration, Investigations, etc.  The HR staff will assist with disciplinary actions and other difficult employee situations including legal defense coordination if needed.  Legal fees are not included in regular subscription fees. 

Escrow Accounting

ET Accounting provides daily reconciliation services for its Escrow customers.  This includes reviewing outstanding payments and receipts on a daily basis and providing reports to clients.  On a monthly basis we provide 3-way reconciliation between the book balance, the bank balance and the individual client balances.  ET Accounting also offers help with escheating.  The company also provides a spectrum of assistance options with 1099 reporting. 

Accounts Payable

ET Accounting offers accounts payable processing services to its clients.  This service includes an online invoice approval process that is available 24/7, vendor management, and payments to vendors via check or ACH, and employee expense reimbursement processing.

General Ledger Accounting

ET Accounting provides general ledger accounting services to its clients.  This includes monthly financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, auditing, and fixed asset accounting,

Financial Reporting

ET Accounting provides its clients with a broad base of reporting options that include the following categories, monthly and annual financial statements, revenue reporting, expense reporting, productivity reporting and custom reporting.
